A new cultivar ofnamed 'Inspire' that is characterized by its free-flowering and re-blooming habit, and its large well-developed mop-head type inflorescences comprised of double sterile flowers that are clear light pink in color and mature in color to a blend of pale pink and light green, its long, strong stems and its fertile flowers that do not open.
