A new and distinctplant named 'Royal Wedding' with foliage having blades of wide variegated creamy-white to near white margins, and dark center with minor intermediate feathering colors. The plant habit is compact and rounded in habit with sweetly fragrant white flowers just above foliage in mid to late summer.
