A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'sPg-3-007', characterized by its compact and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely branching habit, dense and bushy plant form; dark purple-colored stems leaves; light yellow-colored developing leaves occasionally with dark green-colored speckles; relatively small fully developed leaves that are dark green in color; and good container and garden performance.
