A new and distinct variety ofplant named 'PHALDAMWIL', particularly characterized by white flowers with purple spots and yellow-white lip with purple spots, 1 to 2 peduncles, a long and sturdy inflorescence, a narrow oblong leaf shape, and propagated by tissue culture is disclosed.
