A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Inlbublupr', characterized by its outwardly spreading, mounding and trailing to decumbent plant habit; freely branching habit; vigorous growth habit; relatively long leaves; freely and continuous flowering habit; relatively long flowering period; white-colored small flowers that with development become light violet in color; and tolerance to high temperatures.
