This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of strawberry plant named 'PS-3.108'. This new strawberry plant named 'PS-3.108' is primarily adapted to the growing conditions of the central coast of California, and is primarily characterized by its dark red to red fruit color, large to very large fruit size, medium plant vigor, conical fruit shape, firm fruit flesh, and early fruit ripening.
