A new and distinctcultivar named 'KERLAVANHAZE' is disclosed, characterized, a compact plant growth, producing number side-breaks, to form an overall bushy plant. Additionally the new cultivar has characteristically short peduncles, and moderately fine foliage. The new variety is a, suitable for outdoor landscape and container use.
