A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Ilvobo', characterized by its compact, upright and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; early and freely flowering habit; strong and sturdy stems that hold inflorescences upright; and large conical inflorescences with numerous white-colored sterile flowers that with development become red purple in color.
