A new and distinct variety of floribunda rose plant characterized particularly by its compact rounded plant; bright pink flowers with a light cream petal reverse; 'handpainted' upper petal surface; glossy dark green foliage which is resistant to rust and powdery mildew; and easily propagates and grows vigorously on its own root.
