A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'GEM06-1', characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and vining plant habit; moderately vigorous growth habit; large, smooth, shiny and dark green-colored leaves; thick stems; white-colored flowers with distinct yellow orange-colored centers; flowers with imbricate petals with ruffled margins; and good garden performance.
