A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Jethro Tull', characterized by its compact, upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely basal branching habit; freely flowering habit; rotate inflorescences with tubular golden yellow-colored ray florets; and strong peduncles that hold the inflorescences above the foliar plane.
