A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'Wesarwhi', characterized by its compact, upright and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; freely branching habit; dense and bushy plant habit; relatively large and broad leaves; freely flowering habit with numerous inflorescences per plant; and daisy-type inflorescences with white-colored ray florets and gold yellow-colored disc florets.
