Abstract
A new cultivar ofplant named 'RIE 03' that is characterized by broad upright habit, large dark-green leaves, flowers that are yellow-green and pink in color, and unique inflorescence development. In combination these traits set 'RIE 03' apart from all other existing varieties ofknown to the inventor.
