A new and distinct cultivar ofplant named 'DekDakar', characterized by its anemone-type inflorescences with bright yellow-colored ray florets and darker yellow-colored disc florets; strong and upright flowering stems; freely flowering habit; early and uniform flowering response; and good postproduction longevity.
