A new and distinct cultivar of plant named 'Running Tiger', characterized by its full, densely foliated and mounded plant habit; vigorous growth habit; palmately lobed green-colored leaves with dark purple markings; numerous showy white-colored flowers arranged on dense racemes; and excellent garden performance.
