A new and distinct cultivar of Heuchera plant named 'Prince of Silver', characterized by its uniformly mounded plant habit; silvery gray-colored upper leaf surfaces silvery gray with contrasting dark greenish brown-colored venation; dark purple-colored lower leaf surfaces; pink-colored flowers arranged on upright racemes; and faintly fragrant flowers.
