A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named 'Duenibrired', characterized by its inflorescences with inflorescences with bright red-colored flower bracts; dark green-colored leaves with red purple-colored petioles; uniform and rounded plant habit; freely branching habit; early flowering; and excellent post-production longevity.
