A new and distinct cultivar of Double Impatiens plant named 'Cameo Salmon', characterized by its large salmon pink-colored flowers; fully double flower form; freely flowering habit with flowers positioned above the foliage; compact, mounded, spreading, densely foliated, and freely branching plant habit; rapid growth rate; and large rounded dark green leaves.
