Abstract
A new and distinct variety of grapevine (Vitis interspecific hybrid (V. vinifera, V. labrusca)) named `Marquis` and tested as NY64.029.01, which originiated as a cross of `Athens` and `Emerald Seedless` is described. This new variety can be distinguished by its large normally yellow-green berries borne on large clusters, excellent flavor, and good cold hardiness. It offers growers and consumers a large, attractive, flavorful fruit that serves as a seedless table grape.
