Abstract
A permanent magnetis housed in a magnet housing aperture, an adhesive is disposed only between an outside wall surfacethat is positioned on a radially outer side of an inner wall surface of the magnet housing apertureand an outside surfacethat is positioned on a radially outer side of a surface of the permanent magnetsuch that the permanent magnetis fixed so as to be closer to the outside wall surface, and a cooling flow channelthrough which a coolant is made to flow is formed by an inside surfacethat is positioned on a radially inner side of the surface of the permanent magnetand an inside wall surfacethat is positioned on a radially inner side of the inner wall surface of the magnet housing aperture
