The present invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (I): in the formula, R, Rand Rare each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a Calkyl group, a halo Calkyl group or the like, Ris a Calkyl group or the like, Ris a Calkyl group or the like, Ris a Calkyl group or the like, Ris a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a Calkyl group or the like, Ris a halogen atom, a Calkyl group, a halo Calkyl group, a Calkoxy group or the like, and Ris a hydrogen atom or a Calkyl group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds of the present invention have an excellent SPreceptor antagonistic activity and therefore are useful as an agent for the treatment or prevention of autoimmune diseases and the like.
