Abstract

A pressure is accumulated in advance in a cylinder (), which is used for conversion to air for the outside of a mouth, with an opening-closing valve (V) of the cylinder () being closed, and when a pressurized liquid (L) is supplied into a preform (PF) through a blow nozzle () by actuating a plunger pump () and by opening a sealing body (), the opening-closing valve (V) of the cylinder () is opened to thereby apply the pressure accumulated in the cylinder () to the liquid (L) supplied into the preform (PF).
