Abstract

An information processing device provides information regarding a specific place only in a case where it is highly likely that a user needs the information. A positional relationship information generating section () presents information indicating a positional relationship between a current position of the user and the specific place in a case where a predetermined length of time or greater has elapsed between (i) a time point at which a position determining section () determines that the user is staying in a specific position and (ii) a time point at which a movement determining section () detects the user having moved from the specific position.
