Abstract

A method for estimating a quality of multiparty telecommunication with a computing device includes: (a) determining individual connection quality scores of individual connections of each participant in a multiparty telecommunication call; and (b) determining a quality score for the multiparty telecommunication call from the perspective of each participant using a function of the individual connection quality scores.
