Abstract

Compounds having the structure of Formula I, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, wherein X is —C(═O) or —S(O)—, are CETP inhibitors and are useful for raising HDL-cholesterol, reducing LDL-cholesterol, and for treating or preventing atherosclerosis.
