Abstract

The filter module includes a substrate, the substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the first surface is provided with a shielding matrix and a color resister distributed in the shielding matrix, the shielding matrix includes intersecting grid lines, the grid lines intersect to form grids, the color resister is formed in the grids, the second surface is provided with a conductive layer, the conductive layer comprises a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern, the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern are spaced apart from each other to form a sensing structure, the conductive layer is coated with a coating layer.
