Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for in-gel visual detection and quantitative detection of proteins in activity based protein profiling (ABPP) using horseradish peroxidase mimic Fe-TAML complex of ligand as a catalytic probe. The invention further relates to kit comprising compounds of formula (I) and method for the detection of bioanalytes using kit comprising compounds of formula (I).
