Abstract
The invention relates to compounds of formulae (Ia), (Ib) or (Ic) wherein, Aand A, identical or different, are H, (C-C) alkyl, (C-C) fluoroalkyl, (C-C) alkenyl, (C-C) alkynyl, (C-C) alkyl-OR, (C-C) alkyl-SR, (C-C) alkyl-NRR, OR, SR, NRR, or COR; Ais H, OH or form a carbonyl with A; Ais H, OH or form a carbonyl with A; Ais H, CRROH, F, OH or forms a double bond with X in the case where X is CH; Ais H or F; X is CH, CHF, CF, CHOH, O, S, NRor a simple bond, or X is CH in the case where Aforms with X a double bond; Y is P(O)(OR)(OR) or P(O)(OR)(NRR); V is O or S; Ais H, (C-C) alkyl, (C-C) fluoroalkyl, (C-C) alkenyl, (C-C) alkynyl or (C-C) alkyl-OR; Ais OH or H, Rand R, identical or different, are H, (C-C) alkyl, (C-C) fluoroalkyl, (C-C) alkyl-OH or (C-C) alkyl-O—(C-C) alkyl; and their addition salts thereof with acids and bases, their preparation and their use in the antibacterial prevention and therapy, used alone or in association with antibacterials, antivirulence agents or drugs reinforcing the host innate immunity.
