Abstract
The present invention is characterized to include a carrier to which an object to be carried is installed, a moving path where a plurality of the carriers respectively move in uncoupled states, a conveying part that comes into contact with the carrier to directly move the carrier and that makes a contacted carrier that had come into contact and been moved push a plurality of carriers that are positioned in front of the contacted carrier to indirectly move the plurality of carriers, and a cylindrical cam that possesses an engaging groove and that is provided to correspond to only a part of the moving path, wherein the cylindrical cam rotates to move the plurality of the carriers that are pushed by the contacted carrier to reach the cylindrical cam and that are engaged with the engaging groove, and changes an interval between the plurality of carriers as well.
