The present invention relates to a new and distinctive canola, designated CL134904R. Also included are seeds of canola CL134904R, to the plants, or plant parts, of canola CL134904R and to methods for producing a canola plant produced by crossing the canola CL134904R with itself or another canola genotype, and the creation of variants by mutagenesis or transformation of canola CL134904R.
