Abstract
A structure forming, on a surface thereof, a rough surface portionhaving a maximum height of roughness Rz in a range of 0.5 to 5.0 μm, and forming, on the rough surface portion, a thin liquid filmhaving a thickness in a range of not less than 0.1 μm but less than 3.4 μm. The structure exhibits a high degree of slipping property despite the liquid film formed on the surface has a very small thickness.
