An light emitting diode (LED) driving circuit for controlling a leakage current and compatible with a ballast includes: an input circuit including buffer capacitors CX, CX, CX; discharging resistor strings RX, RX, RX; fuses F, F, F; piezoresistors VR, VR, VR; a plurality of output terminals each of which comprising a first rectifying connection terminal; a second rectifying connection terminal; a third rectifying connection terminal; and a fourth rectifying connection terminal; and a plurality of input terminals each of which including a first electrical energy connection terminal; a second electrical energy connection terminal; a third electrical energy connection terminal; and a fourth electrical energy connection terminal; and a rectifying circuit connected to the input circuit; a power supply control module including a positive electrode connection terminal, a signal receiving terminal, a positive supply terminal, and a negative supply terminal.
