Abstract

The invention is directed to a voltage rectifier () comprising at least two diode arrays () each comprising plural diodes () connected in series. The diode arrays are arranged in an enclosure (). The diode arrays are arranged in a special arrangement for providing an even distribution of a field strength. According to an embodiment and with respect to the figures, the vertical distance between an enclosure () and the diode arrays () increases when horizontally distancing from the direct current terminals. Further, the invention provides a voltage generator () and a voltage rectifier () having such a voltage rectifier.
