Abstract

A touch substrate is disclosed. The touch substrate comprises: a base substrate; a plurality of first electrode chains, each first electrode chain comprising a plurality of drive electrodes; a plurality of second electrode chains, each second electrode chain comprising a plurality of sensing electrodes, the plurality of second electrode chains and the plurality of first electrode chains crossing each other, and gaps being formed between adjacent drive and sensing electrodes; a plurality of first conductor structures, each being arranged within one corresponding gap and electrically insulated from the first and second electrodes; and a plurality of second conductor structures, each being provided in a central region of a corresponding sensing electrode and electrically insulated from the sensing electrode. A method of manufacturing the touch substrate and a display device comprising the touch substrate are also disclosed.
