Abstract
The invention relates to an antimicrobial coating composition formed by admixing choline bitartrate or choline chloride, an aminopropyltrialkoxysilane and water. This coating composition is preferably sprayed onto a surface and allowed to dry. Preferably the surface is a stainless steel surface. The coating reduces the amount ofon the surface of the substrate.
