Abstract
Compounds which inhibit Wza-mcdiated polysaccharide transport are useful in the prevention or treatment of bacterial infection, in particular ofinfection. The compounds are typically cyclic oligosaccharides such as cyclodextrins, which bear positively charged functional groups at the primary carbon position.
