Abstract

Compounds of the Formula wherein A, B, C, D, X, Y, Z, R, R, R, Rand n are described herein, selectively negatively modulate NMDA receptors containing an NR2A subunit, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, and methods of treating a disease using the compounds are disclosed.
