Abstract

Embodiments of nanoparticle systems and methods of producing nanoparticle systems configured to target particular cellular activity in an animal or human including a signaling pathway expression of mammal cellular activity and treat cells producing the targeted cellular activity by exposing the nanoparticle system to electromagnetic radiation in a predetermined range of wavelengths.
