Disclosed is an organic electroluminescence element that can provide uniform light emission over the entire surface and also can reduce the risk of short circuit and leakage. An organic electroluminescence elementaccording to the present invention includes a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, an organic layerincluding a light-emitting layer, and an auxiliary wiring layer.
