Abstract
A front platethat covers a front end of a housing body is formed from a disk-shaped plate memberhaving in a middle thereof a fitting holeand a cylindrical memberhaving at inner end part thereof a reduced diameter stepped-shaped fitting portionthat is fitted to the fitting hole. Stopper portionsare formed by crimping a top end side of the fitting portionfitted to the fitting hole, and both of the plate memberand the cylindrical memberare connected and fixed together by the stopper portionsengaging with stopper groovesthat are formed at an inner end side hole edge of the fitting holein a pressed state.
