Abstract
A lower spring seatis mounted on a cylinder including a damper device to support a wheel-side end portion of a coil springdisposed between a vehicle body and a wheel. The lower spring seatincludes: a mounting portion on which the wheel-side end portion of the coil springrests; and an enlarged diameter portion disposed on a side of the mounting portion opposite to the cylinderand disposed between the coil springand the wheel. The mounting portion and the enlarged diameter portion are each made of a resin material.
