Abstract
An object is to provide a highly efficient and small-sized fuel cell module. To achieve this object, a cell stack, a reformer, and an evaporatorare accommodated together in a casing. The reformerand the evaporatorare formed as vertical structures independently juxtaposed to each other and are disposed adjacent to the cell stack. The reformerand the evaporatorare heated with exhaust gas resulting from combustion of off-gas released from the cell stack. Exhaust gas flow paths respectively are disposed to the reformerand the evaporatorso as to let the combustion exhaust gas pass through in a vertical direction for heating the reformer and the evaporator. The exhaust gas flow paths of the reformerand the evaporatorare connected in series through a connection pipeabove the reformerand the evaporator
