Abstract
In a method of manufacturing a laminated core, a laminated core bodyincluding magnet insertion holesandwith magnet piecesinserted therein is placed between a molding (upper) dieand a retaining (lower) die, and a molding resinis filled from resin reservoir portions (pots)to fix the piecesin the holesand. Between the dieand the body, a guide memberis placed, which includes resin passagesprovided from the portionsto the holesandand gatesconnecting to the holesandon downstream sides of the passages. The method can reduce lead time of a production line without replacing the molding dies for different laminated rotor cores and thus without preparing different types of molding dies.
