Abstract
A turbocharger () includes a housing () and an actuating mechanism () for actuating a device () within the housing (). A pivot shaft () has an inside end () inside the housing () and an outside end () outside the housing (). The pivot shaft () is rotatably mounted in a bore () in the housing () for transmitting an actuating movement from outside the housing () to the actuating mechanism ().
