Abstract
The invention relates to a conveying apparatus ('″) for feeding washware () to at least one conveyor belt () of a commercial conveyor warewasher (), with a conveying system () for conveying the washware (), in particular for feeding trays or tray-like washware (), of cutlery and/or of other washware (). The invention is characterized by an unloading station (′″) for automatically unloading the washware () from the conveying apparatus (′″) transversely to the conveying direction of the conveying system (), in which the trays (), with or without cutlery () lying on them, can be oriented on edge and parallel to the transport direction of the conveying system (), so as to be capable of being placed onto a conveyor belt () of the conveyor warewasher. The invention relates, furthermore, to a flight-type warewasher () and to a combination of this warewasher () and of the conveying apparatus (′″). The invention relates, moreover, to a method for loading a flight-type warewasher (), by means of a conveying apparatus (′″) and to a preferred use of same for loading a warewasher with trays or tray-like washware ().
