Abstract

A battery module () has a large number of battery cells (). Each battery cell () has a contact section () with a positive pole () and a negative pole () on an outer wall of the battery cell (). An apparatus () for the battery module () has a terminal sheet () and a flat body () made of an electrically insulating material. The flat body () is between the terminal sheet () and the battery cells () and has holes () registered with the positive poles (). Contact elements () extend from the terminal sheet () through the holes () in the flat body () and electrically connect the terminal sheet () to the positive poles ().
