Abstract
An optical device includes a substrate on which is defined at least one primary waveguide () defining a loop reflector, that has first and second directional couplers, and a Mach-Zehnder interferometer intercalated between the first and second directional couplers and arranged for compensating a wavelength dependence of the first and second directional couplers.
