Abstract

Disclosed are an amino acid sequence ofincise reisigl diacylgycerol acyltransferase, an encoding gene sequence and application thereof. Specifically, based onincise reisigl transcriptome sequencing data, cloning to obtain full-length cDNA and full-length DNA sequences of aincise reisigl diacylgycerol acyltransferase gene, and expressing the gene in yeast TAG synthesis defect strain H1246, finding that an encoded protein thereof has a capability for synthesizing a TAG, and using a substrate preference experiment to prove that the encoded protein of the gene tends to C18:1 fatty acid.
