A polymer including structural units represented by the following formulas (A) and (B). In the formula (A), P is a group derived from a compound represented by the formula (P). Lis a linkage group. In the formula (B), Q is a group derived from a compound represented by the formula (Q). Lis a linkage group. In the formula (B), at least one of 'c'Qs and 'd'Ls includes a cross-linkable group.
