Abstract
A lead-free sealing glass and a manufacture method thereof are provided. The lead-free sealing glass includes: 30 wt %-60 wt % of SiO, 10 wt %-30 wt % of BaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of NaO, 1 wt %-10 wt % of KO, 2 wt %-10 wt % of VO, 5 wt %-10 wt % of CaO, 1 wt %-5 wt % of AlO, 0 wt %-5 wt % of BO, 1 wt %-3 wt % of FeO, and 0-5 wt % of alkaline earth metal oxide.
